Once an order has been placed through our app, online web ordering system, or over the phone, we are unable to accommodate changes to the selected pickup restaurant location. We strongly advise customers to carefully review their selected restaurant before confirming their order.

In the event that you visit a different restaurant location than the one originally selected, you have two options:

  1. You may choose to re-order your meal at the new restaurant location in person and make a separate payment.

  2. Alternatively, you can proceed to the restaurant originally selected in the app, the store called on the phone, or the restaurant selected for online orders.

    • The originally selected restaurant will have your order details and payment information on record.

Please note that under no circumstances will refunds be issued for orders placed at the wrong location.
